ATTENTION HAMAKUA DEEP SOIL LANDOWNERS!

Help an old farmer find fresh land to lease. Fresh means it never had ginger cultivated on it.

I normally do the following for my land lords:

1. Create a written lease paper acceptable to both parties.

2. Clear the area used whether it is presently forested or not.

3. Plow, Till, and amend approx.$10-15 thousand dollars worth of God's finest approved organic amendments into the soil per acre per year.

4. Purchase a 1,000,000 Liability Insurance Policy naming owner as additional insured.

5. Exchange tractor work, Organic Consulting, Crop Feasibility Review, or Money for Land Use.

When my crop is fully harvested I return the premises in a pristine mowed, sometimes tilled condition suitable for immediate planting by hand if that is all you have.  The land will be organically certified with the possibility of quick renewal.

IF THIS INTERESTS YOU, PLEASE CALL DEAN TO DISCUSS (933-1008),         or e-mail: edpinner@hilo.net
